The hotel is located at the center of the mall.all the main areas are at the walking distance.over all it was a good experience.

as a bonus, the hotel is located next to jungceylon. i appreciated the location of the venue and friendly stuff. dine at le siam, which is located within 200 feet from the hotel. free wi-fi was working perfectly.

I absolutely loved the unique and stylish decor at Pimnara Boutique Hotel. The artistic details and hand-painted signs added a touch of charm to the entire place. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had a clear and clutter-free reception area, making it easy for me to navigate. The high ceilings also created a spacious and open feeling, which made me feel comfortable and not at all claustrophobic.

The only thing I would suggest as a better vacation option for senior people would be to have more attentive staff. While some of the children working there were helpful and lovely, others seemed disinterested or lackadaisical.

Friendly hotel staffs...nice room decoration...right inside shopping centre and 5mins walking distance to patong beach.... Really convenient.

No basis facilities.(swimming pools/breakfast etc)....no proper signboard outside shopping center...didnt know the hotel is actually within the shopping center.. Still under construction...will eventually get better after complete

Great location in the center, good for those who want to be in the middle of the city action. Room services are on point, with full toiletries available. Breakfast is consistently delicious, fresh, and has a generous portion.

Small rooms and limited space, not suitable for those who need a lot of extra room. Poor ventilation system, as the air conditioning is not always functional.

Pretty awesome hotel, stay at the beige room, thats the prettiest one. Its location is perfect, but in finding it...not the greatest. The rooms were well equipped and the umbrellas there helped a lot! They let us use their ipads to check our emails, it would have been better if they had seperate computers, but the ipads worked well in the end.

The rooms were indeed a little noisy, you can hear perfectly what the people on the room next door are yelling about. And for some reason it happened a couple of times. It was kinda amusing listening to the things they argued about (each time a different couple) and figuring out who's the foreigner and who's the thai...lol...but it was ok. Maybe during the construction they forgot to add some noise resistant cover or something cause it felt like you were watching a movie but with no screen. The hotel's location is perfect, but in finding it, its well hidden. We took a shuttle from the hotel at 11 pm, the driver dropped us off at the mall saying it was 'there'. The mall was obviously closed, but after asking people around, we zig zaged through this alley street until we finally got to it, there had been no signs indicating the hotel...thats really bad, or at least it wasnt at a visible spot, because we definetly did not see it.

had a fabulous stay in patong. pimnara boutique exceeded my expectations. perfect location with everything nearby. amazing staff, beautiful room, and comfortable bed. highly recommended!

Great hotel! Centrally located in shopping centre (altho no clear signage from street), friendly staff who provide great service (with good English), clean and cozy room; room service even dry your shower!), close to everything ie. Restaurants, tour operator, currency exchange, markets, taxi/tuk tuks, fish foot massages etc.

Big Aircon unit. It was quite strong considering the size of the room - air was blowing at our heads.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping center. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the hotel facilities were good.

Maybe this hotel is pretty new, so it look clean and everything is new.

The bedframe + mattress are too high, its unsafe for young children to sleep with such height if they fall from bed.
